Comprising 3 bedrooms (1xQueen, 1xDouble, 1xDouble/Single Bunk), generous open plan kitchen, dining and separate lounge with high raked ceilings, polished timber floors and extensive glazing allowing ample natural light throughout.
A private rear deck is ideally orientated to capture the afternoon sun and entertain with a barbeque and outdoor setting. Kids will be entertained with a 2 storey cubby house, swing set and exploring through the rustic Moonah tree setting.
Everything is included to make you feel right at home.
Furniture includes a double and single seat wicker setting in the first living area, plus a 6-seater couch in the second. Dining area has an extendable table with 6 seats, and a high chair at no extra cost.
Amenities include gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, split system air conditioning, gas log fire, ironing facilities, big screen TV, entertainment unit including radio, DVD player, iPod/iPhone dock, and a PlayStation and board games for those rainy days.
Quality bedding is provided, with quilts, pillows and mattress protectors on all beds. Queen and double beds are supplied with electric blankets, and additional blankets and column heaters are also included for cold nights.
Outside there is a 4 burner gas barbeque and 6 person outdoor setting, cubby house and swing set.
Families travelling with small children can hire a portacot and pram for the duration of their stay. Linen, bathroom & beach towels can also be hired.
Beach, facilities and attractions are all close by.
The popular Tyrone foreshore is a 10-15 minute walk and is fantastic for young children, a morning power walk or stroll at sunset.
Blairgowrie shops are within a 2-3 minute drive, and contain a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants, cafes, newsagent, bric-a-brac, take away food, and IGA supermarket with liquor store.
A 5-10 minute drive will see you at the Rye or Sorrento shopping strips, golf courses, day spas, fishing spots, surf beaches and numerous other attractions around the Mornington Peninsula.

The home was light, fresh and very clean. We had little extras supplied such as cooking oil, tomato sauce, glad wrap etc. which make such a difference. Excellent for families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break at Holiday Merchant. The house was very clean and well maintained and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a lovely getaway.

Excellent family holiday house that is maintained and furnished to a high standard. Back deck was a favourite for dinner and kids loved the cubby house. Would definitely recommend.

Holiday Merchant is a lovely house with a very relaxed feel that has all you need for a family holiday. Our toddler really enjoyed the backyard complete with cubby house and swing. It is close to the beach, cafes and shops. The owner was great to deal with too. We will definitely stay again!
