If required, the lounge can accommodate a third person on a comfy fold out bed.

Richmond - famous for its variety in restaurants and cafes on Swan Street, Bridge Road and Victoria Street - is one of Melbourne's greatest multicultural culinary suburbs. It almost seems that you can eat any national dish you wish - French, Turkish, Italian, Chinese, Thai and Burmese are just a few that will make a night to remember. Swan Street features some long-standing authentic Greek restaurants. Victoria Street in North Richmond is known as Little Saigon and is the centre of Melbourne's Vietnamese community. The street is populated with many restaurants serving authentic Vietnamese food that will delight.
But that's not all . some of Melbourne's finest restaurants- Krua Thai, Bouzy Rouge, Pearl, Church Street Enoteca, Fenix, the Grand Hotel, Il Duca, Richmond Hill Café & Larder (made famous by Stephanie Alexander), Gepettos, Vlados (World famous) and Mountain View Hotel are all within walking distance.

If you enjoy fresh produce markets, Saturday morning (7am-1pm) will find you at the Gleadell street market just off Bridge Road (adjacent to the Town Hall). Our Location
'Rotherwood' is centrally located in Richmond within walking distance of the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Richmond is close to the heart of Melbourne CBD - only a short tram ride away or a fifteen minute stroll. Richmond has a colourful working class history filled with immigrant workers, some slightly shady characters, and powerful Labor Politicians. The area once boasted the largest Greek population outside Greece. Today it is a much sought after place to live and work and is seen as one of Melbourne's most vibrant inner suburbs.
Bars, famous hotels, cafes and restaurants, parks and gardens, Yarra River walks, gymnasium and pool are all within walking distance. Richmond has become popular for its shops of fashion and furniture. Many leading fashion and furniture designers are located within the area.
