Each bed is supplied with a doona, doona cover and pillows. You will need to provide top and bottom sheets and a pillowcase for each bed used. You will also need to supply your own towels and tea towels.

The house is not suitable for groups intending to party or disturb the neighbours. Any such activities will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave, and/or loss of bond. Thank you.**

Booking conditions are as follows:
- Minimum stay 7 nights during high season
- Minimum stay 2 nights other times
- Weekend rates apply for public holidays
- Minimum stay for public holiday periods may apply
Payment terms are as follows:
A deposit of 50% of the full amount must be paid within 7 days of the booking to secure the property (or full payment required if less than 14 days before arrival).
- Full payment, including refundable bond, must be made 14 days before the date of arrival.
- All cancellations incur loss of deposit. If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.
- A $500 - $1000 refundable bond is required for all confirmed bookings
