Tastefully decorated, this near new home offers everything you'll need & more for your perfect getaway. Luxuriously appointed with comfy beds & quality linen and a well furnished galley style kitchen.
Entertaining for large groups is a breeze with a huge 10 seater timber dining table & crockery to match, as well an outdoor dining setting & BBQ to enjoy alfresco meals on the deck.
The main & second bedrooms have a queen bed each, the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, a single & trundle bed. The third bedroom has a fantastic selection of toys as well as a TV & DVD player to keep the kids entertained.
The living area has 3 comfy lounges, a flat screen TV with Foxtel (Fox through T-box), a DVD player with a great selection of movies. There's a stereo with built in iPod dock, an iPad dock, a fast ADSL & WIFI internet connection if you wish to tap into the real world (own laptop / iPad required), as well as an Xbox 360 with games for young & old! The bookcase is stocked with books to read and there are plenty of board games for adults & children.
The children will enjoy the use of the toys, DVD's boogie boards & beach toys. There is a port-a-cot, high chair & security gate for the staircase.

Patonga is a quaint village located at the mouth of the Hawkesbury River. Upon entering town as you wind your way down through the beautiful Brisbane waters National Park, you'll feel as though you've stepped back in time.
Relaxation and quality time with family & friends is inevitable. Patonga Beach is quiet and calm, perfect for families to swim & play. The mouth of the tranquil Patonga creek meets the ocean where much fun is had floating on boogie boards & searching for treasures.
Patonga is home to resident pelicans and an abundant bird wildlife. Bush turkeys roam town and there are beautiful bush walks & lookouts to enjoy including a 1hr 45 min walk over to neighbouring Pearl beach.
For dining out options Patonga Beach Hotel is a short stroll & offers gorgeous views of the bay & bistro meals, as well as locally farmed Patonga oysters. Right next door is the general store where you can try the renowned Patonga fish & chips.
For a special lunch or dinner Pearls on the beach at Pearl Beach offer a scrumptious a la carte menu & if you take a ferry ride down the Hawkesbury River you can dine at the beautiful Cottage Point Inn Restaurant (water access only). The Neighbouring towns of Umina & Ettalong have many dining options.
