2 Large Modern fully self-contained high quality boutique style apartments suitable for couples. Facilities include: TV, DVD, Air-conditioning, Kitchen, Fridge etc and tranquil outdoor areas for relaxation.
We are walking distance from a shopping centre and transport. Chlidren aged between 0 years & 6 years are not suitable. We are located within the residential zone and live in a separate area on the property so all of your requirements can be serviced if need be. We have a "no entertaining policy" based on local City Council requirements with all safty aspects implimented including a public liability policy. Apartments are really only suitable for couples however we do have a fold-out sofa-bed in each Apartment to accommodate a third person if required.

Park Beach Place is located in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. Ideally situated just 12 minutes from the City Centre via the Mitchell Freeway, and 5 minutes from the beach and Sorrento Quay / Hillarys Boat Harbour Resort, where you can explore all the facilities this resort has to offer. Restaurants, Cafes, Shops and AQWA (The Aquarium of Western Australia)and catch the Rottnest Island Ferry to this unique Island Resort.
