100m to Kirby's Beach and set opposite Conjola National Park, this is a truly peaceful setting. Kangaroos frequent the yard while dolphins play at the beaches. Some of the most beautiful coastline in the world.
This house has all the mod cons of WiFi, Pay TV and Coffee machine. Or maybe you'd just prefer to siesta in the hammock. Lots of yard and a separate Guest House ideal for kids. This is a very quiet street of only four houses opposite national park. There is a path at the end of our street leading onto Kirby's Beach.
The property comprises of two separate houses - the Main House and a Guest House.
Three beaches within walking distance - Kirby's, Berrara and Cudmirrah. Excellent for swimming, surfing, fishing or spearfishing. There are good 4WD tracks & bushing-walking.
Yoga classes & Massages available upon request.
Swan Lake (2 mins) is popular for water skiing / wake boarding. There is also a good General Store that does breakfast & lunch.
Sussex Inlet (5 mins) is good for boating, fishing and all your shopping needs. There is a Shopping Centre, Cinema, Pub, RSL & Bowling clubs, and Golf Course. The beach here is patrolled during summer. There are tennis courts and an indoor heated pool.
Jervis Bay (30mins) offers whale watching charters, excellent scuba diving and more beautiful beaches.
Milton (30mins) is good for restaurants, cafes and shopping.
Ulladulla (35mins) has fish markets and all the convenience of a regional centre.
Berry (45mins) is good for cafes, restaurants and shopping, a perfect pit-stop on the journey from Sydney.
Kangaroo Valley (1hr) a nice alternate route through the Southern Highlands back to Sydney or Canberra.

As family holidays with two young children and a dog go, our Easter weekend at this house was as close to perfect as we could hope to get. We all loved the house. It is spacious and well laid out with everything we needed; lots of comfortable sofas and chairs for reading; the best stocked kitchen we have ever come across in a rental; and tonnes of books, games and DVDs (with a superb collection of surfing films). Our dog loved the massive front and back gardens, the children loved the hammock and their own retreat out back and we all loved the beautiful near-deserted beach where we swam every day. We can't wait to stay again.

What a gorgeous holiday spot! It's a home away from home, comfortable, clean and charming. The shack was a hit with my teens whilst we enjoyed the walks to the beaches. I recommend Serendipity to anyone, anytime!

Serendipity was fantastic, exactly as the name suggests - peaceful and quiet yet only minutes to the beach. The owners have gone the extra mile to ensure the whole family is catered for with surfboards, Austar, Nespresso machine, X-Box and a large CD collection to name but a few. The bunkhouse was a hit with the boys, (their very own man-cave). Regular visits from the local kangaroos added to the experience of a wonderful holiday. We would thoroughly recommend Serendipity for anyone planning to holiday in the Berrara / Cudmirah / Sussex Inlet area.

A Fantastic property, with great charm and atmosphere. We absolutely loved having Christmas here, the kids didn't want to leave. Attention to detail with outdoor cushions, hammock, surf boards, X box and awesome entertainment system including Austar, coffee machine made it feel just like home. We will be back. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise!
