78 Merrett Street is a comfortable, fully furnished two bedroom holiday house with large backyard and rear deck with views. There is plenty of parking and room for a boat if necessary.

Close to all Great Ocean Road atttractions including the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, Grotto, London Bridge,The Arch. Short 3 minute walk to the Bay of Martyrs and other local beaches and walking trails. Local amenities include 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, childrens playground, licenced grocery shop, post office agency, fish & chips and pub.

Driving distance to Port Campbell (12 minutes), Timboon (20 minutes) and Warrnambool (45 minutes). Great surfing and fishing spots along the way. The well known historical Boggy Creek Hotel is a 15 minute drive away. Allensford Cheesewold is also worth a visit to see the Museum and enjoy the cheese tasting, local produce on display and can be purchased.
