Description
Relax in this comfortable home in Victor Harbor which is ideally situated on the edge of five walking trails that meander around the Hindmarsh River and only 600m to one of the best beaches in Victor Harbor. This home is great for a couple or for small families to enjoy some quality family time together.
The main living area is a great spot to sit back and enjoy a good book or watch some TV. It has reverse cycle air-conditioning in there for all year added comfort.
The kitchen is another great area for the family to all come together. It contains the dining table and a wood fire for those cold wintry nights. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery to use, as well as a oven, microwave and fridge.
The home consists of two bedrooms, the main with a queen size bed and the other bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds. All beds have a quilt, pillow and mattress protector however all other linen will need to be supplied by yourself or can be organised with a negotiable fee.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity but does not have a bath. The laundry includes a washing machine, wash trough and clothes airer with a clothes line situated in the backyard.
At the front of the home a large deck with table and chairs awaits for you to enjoy the sun and relax!
This is a non-smoking home inside.
Pets are welcome as long as no damage or mess is made. The backyard is fully fenced.

Bring your bikes and jump on one of the many bike tracks that go to Goolwa or head south and travel to the Bluff at Encounter Bay. You may even see a whale on the way!
Enjoy many attractions that Victor Harbor has to offer including catching the Cockle Train to Goolwa or riding on the Tram over to Granite Island.
