Birch Cottage sits in a private leafy garden, five minutes level walk to Mudgee's CBD and Restaurants. Enjoy the ambiance of the Mudgee wine region and return to relax in you own private luxury cottage. Fully self contained, enjoy a BBQ in the gardens or take a gentle stroll the main shopping area and enjoy dinner in one of the many restaurants.
Birch Cottage is wonderful for an intimate weekend away for a couple or equally suitable for a group getaway with friends, this luxury cottage is yours to enjoy.
The cottage offers luxury accomodation for a maximum of 8 people and caters for couples, with queen and king size beds. Children are more than welcome and 3 single beds are available.
The stylishly decorated federation cottage is fully self contained, it offers 4 bedrooms (featuring 2 kings size - one converts to 2 singles -, a queen size bed and a seperate single room), seperate lounge and dinning room, fully equiped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
In house entertainment includes, television, DVD/video player, with a selection of DVD's and Videos for your enjoyment. A small library with a selection of reading material, plus games and puzzles.
Enjoy a glass of wine or BBQ breakfast in the under cover entertainment area, over looking the well maintained back yard. There is plently of room for kids to run around.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
Rate is per room basis, if the cottage is booked, price quoted is dependent on number of people staying, if single rooms are required please advise, the assumption is made that 2 adults equates to 1 couple, therefore 1 room. Only the bedrooms booked are accessible to guests.
