Jazz entertainment and the markets on the weekend. You don’t even have to cook, try breakfast at the Pavilion restaurant, lunch at Peppers or dinner and dancing at the Bayswater. Jump on the boat club bus and head around to the marina and stroll back through Dayman park on the way home and check out “Reefworld”. The dogs will love this leash free area at the beach to chase birds or just swim.
The unpretentious traditional Queenslander has been renovated for soaking up the Queensland relaxed lifestyle, sit out the back
on the deck and watch the dog and the kids run around the giant mango tree, while you sit back and enjoy a drink and a snack, while aroma of the bangers on the BBQ remind us of our Aussie favourite past time.
Bus at the door to take you Fraser Island or out to see the Majestic whales July to November.
Take a flight to Lady Elliot Island and see some amazing Marine life on the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef.
Take the bikes and ride the 10k path around the foreshore

For the boating enthusiasts parking is available in the rear garden, accessible via large double gates.
Dogs
Rear Yard - is fully fenced & gated (6 foot fences & gates), every effort has been made to dog proof the rear yard however the ground is sand and easy digging, if your dog is a digger he/she may be able to tunnel their way out.
Indoors - Dogs are allowed in the house but not on the furniture or on the carpeted areas which are the bedrooms & sleepout. Your dog must be house trained (doesn’t chew), toilet trained, vaccinated, free from fleas (has current flea treatment), please clean up any evidence of your pet prior to departure.
Dog Beach - is a 150 meter walk, off leash from 4pm to 8 am , on lease all other times
Bedding etc - please bring your dogs own bedding, we have provided some dog towels as well as dog bowls
