Build in 1920 " M&M Guesthouse" or "The Guesthouse " as many people know it now, used to operate as a real Bed & Breakfast.

Over the years we have changed the usage of
the house so Families and Groups can rent The
Guesthouse to themselves as a "Holiday House "
"The Guesthouse " still has its old features with
wood paneling and high ceilings

It is ideally suited for groups of Families
and Children wanting to holiday together.

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COST ! What you see is what you get !

We dont charge extra for linen, pillows or blankets!
YOUR HIRE COST INCLUDES ALL LINEN, WE MAKE THE BEDS FOR YOU !

We have no confusing Peak, Shoulder or any other seasonable time table !
Our prices are inclusive of GST and are always the same, all Year Long, including Long Weekends and Public Holidays !

2007 Hire Cost for the Whole House

$ 550.00 Per night for 0- 15 people
$ 660.00 Per night for 16- 25 people
$ 770.00 Per night for 26- 30 people
$ 990.00 Per Night for 31- 40 people

PLEASE NOTE:

The Guesthouse is NOT suitable for Schoolies type parties!
We do NOT allow drunken & disorderly behavior on our property.

BOND
We require a bond per booking, refundable after
inspection of the house

GROUP DEFINITIONS
Minimum of 10 people is classified as a group.

"People" or "Persons" are defined as those who use a
bed night or use a bed.

Children (babies) using porta-cots provided
by yourself are free.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
THE GUESTHOUSE IS ONLY FOR GROUPS!
