Large Self Contained Family Holiday Accommodation sleeps 40 people or 1-8 families in 12 bedrooms.

The Guesthouse is located in Nowra, 15-20 min drive to all local tourist attractions such as...Jervis bay, Huskisson, Hyams Beach, Berry, Gerringong, Kiama and Kangaroo Valley

Build in 1920 " M&M Guesthouse" or "The Guesthouse " as many people know it now, used to operate as a real Bed & Breakfast for our polies.

Over the years we have changed the usage of
the house so Families and Groups can rent The
Guesthouse to themselves as a "Holiday House "
"The Guesthouse " still has its old world features with wood paneling and high ceilings

It is ideally suited for groups of Families
and Children wanting to holiday together.
No more looking for separate holiday units,
have them all under one roof,
only 15 -20 min from the beaches of Jervis Bay!

PRICING

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COST ! What you see is what you get !

We dont charge extra for linen, pillows or blankets!
YOUR HIRE COST INCLUDES ALL LINEN, WE MAKE THE BEDS FOR YOU !

We have no confusing Peak, Shoulder or any other seasonable time table !
Our prices are inclusive of GST and are always the same, all Year Long, including Long Weekends and Public Holidays !

Hire Cost for the Whole House

$ 660.00 Per night for 0- 15 people
$ 770.00 Per night for 16- 25 people
$ 880.00 Per night for 26- 30 people
$ 1100.00 Per Night for 31- 40 people

PLEASE NOTE:

The Guesthouse is NOT suitable for Schoolies type parties!
We do NOT allow drunken & disorderly behavior on our property.

BOND
We require a bond per booking, refundable after
inspection of the house

GROUP DEFINITIONS
Minimum of 10 people is classified as a group.

"People" or "Persons" are defined as those who use a
bed night or use a bed.

Children (babies) using porta-cots provided
by yourself are free.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
THE GUESTHOUSE IS ONLY FOR GROUPS!
