Description
Byron Pacific Vista is a large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with stunning uninterrupted views, stretching from Main Beach, sweeping past the lighthouse, and then out across Tallow Beach. It is well suited to large groups or families holidaying together.
This light filled, spacious house provides the ultimate place to enjoy your stay in Byron Bay. There are 2 huge king suites, a queen, and the fourth bedroom has two king singles. Two bedrooms are situated upstairs and two downstairs making it ideal for families who like to holiday together but still prefer their privacy. The 5th bedroom/TV room is also downstairs and is great for the kids to unwind and relax while the adults enjoy the upstairs lounge.
The front bedrooms have a magnificent outlook, across Arakwal Reserve to the beach beyond. Lie in bed and watch the sun come up over Tallows.
The other two bedrooms have a peaceful, green view to the garden and beyond to the hinterland. These are the lucky ones who have their room filled with a golden glow as the sun sets.
There are three bathrooms in which to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. Perhaps you'd rather spend the day on the sun lounges around the ozone pool. Great for kids especially, with no strong chemicals. Chill out on the rear verandah with a pre dinner drink in time to watch the stunning orange light as the sun sets over the hills.
Recline and relax on the front verandah and from your elevated position watch the whales and dolphins frolick out to sea.
If you are keen to get out and explore or go for a walk to the beach, head out the front door, walk across the street and you'll see the track that winds its way though Arakwal Reserve to Tallow Beach. Alternatively, turn left out of the driveway and you'll see the path that takes you over to Paterson street and down to Main Beach. Bike riders and walkers are a common sight on this track.
Dusk is a great place to chill out in the upstairs lounge area. The whole front of the lounge and dining area is a wall of windows, again with that unbeatable view to the iconic lighthouse and the blue waters beyond. With a scene like that you may not be in the mood for TV but if you are, there are two large screen digital televisions.
Free Wi Fi and two ipod/ipad docking stations are also provided for your pleasure.
The kids will be happy downstairs in the rumpus room which is a fabulous, private space for them to watch a movie or two.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a large 6 burner gas cooktop and oven large enough to cook a feast in. Other appliances include a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and mixer. You will find everything you need to feel at home in the kitchen - quality cookware, crockery and cutlery.
Alternatively you can fire up the barbeque and sit out on the rear verandah to catch the last of the suns rays.

From the moment you drive up to the front of Byron Pacific Vista and take in that view, you know you are going to have the most fabulous time.
The house is light, bright and airy. Everything is fresh and crisp. The rooms are large and welcoming and the gardens and surrounds are a green haven.
With views from all rooms, you may not even want to leave the house, such is the tranquil nature of Byron Pacific Vista.
Wake up in the morning to the glorious sight of the sun rising up over the lighthouse and think about taking a walk up there later on.
Recline on the front verandah with a refreshing drink, and gaze out at the surf, read a book or close your eyes under the warm rays of the Byron sun for an afternoon siesta. There's no mistaking you're on holiday!
For your cars, there is a large double remote controlled garage with internal access into the house. There is no through traffic and you can take the walking track over to Paterson St and then straight into town.
If you are planning on a big day shopping, you may prefer to drive the 4 minutes to Johnston St.
Grab your surfboard, walk across the road to the Arakwal National Park and wander down the track to the popular local surf spot, Cosy Corner.
