This is the perfect beach apartment...right on Rickman Parade. The perfect place for a beach family holiday. Woorim surf beach is one of the most amazing beaches on the Sunshine Coast. It's gentle surf allows the surfer as well as the kayaker to have some fun and also caters for fishing and especially swimming for the kids.The garage( with spacious mezzanine level) is large enough to store all your equipment and car.The beach is changing daily with the rise and fall of the water , leaving behind shells for the kids to find, while playing on the beach with the sand toys supplied by the apartment. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen includes all the mod cons and there is also a TV and Dvd player in the lounge room. The balcony has an outdoor setting and also a BBQ.
Sit on your private balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and experience the sun coming up over the water, or in the afternoon with a glass of wine while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the pool.
The balcony/terrace is North facing and the perfect cosy spot to enjoy the sun, however even on a rainy day you can still enjoy the sound of the surf as part of it is undercover, and you can flick through the many magazines and books we have organised for you. For the kids there is a never ending supply of board games and toys to keep them happy. And If you feel like an outing, it is only a 5 minute stroll along the beach to the shops ,cafes and surf life saving club or for further exploration you can pack a picnic basket and watch the sun go down over the water in Bongaree. After an eventful day like this it is wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the surf here at this tranquil Woorim apartment.
