Booking Conditions
Price and Minimum Bookings
Christmas Peak: $1,750/week. 7 night minimum
Short peak: $260/night. 3 night minimum includes long weekends, Easter school holidays
General: $1,330/week, $200/night mid-week, $440/weekend. 2 night minimum.
MID-WEEK SPECIAL: Stay 4 nights mid-week, pay for 3: $600.
Mid-week nights: Sun-Wed. Not available in school holidays or on long weekends.
Deposit: One-third on booking
Balance: At least 14 days prior to stay
Payment: Direct deposit or cheque or money order
Cancellation: $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: A refund will be given except for the $50 fee.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: The deposit will be retained unless the property is re-booked for the period cancelled.
No refunds will be made for early departure once the booking has commenced.
Linen and towels provided at no extra cost.
Pets not permitted.
The property is not suitable for pre-school aged children due to a balcony and stairs.
Inverloch
Inverloch is an extremely appealing seaside village and is suitable for year-round holidays. There are beaches to suit everyone including the beautiful Inlet beach which is over the road, surf beach pratrolled during the summer season and a stunning selection of rock-pool beaches a 5 minute drive away. The Dinosaur dig takes places at the Flat Rocks site each year during summer.
Inverloch offers a wide variety of activities; fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, boating, snorkelling, golf, tennis, walking and bird watching etc. A popular jazz festival is held during the Labour Day weekend in March. There is also a regular farmers market.
The town offers a huge variety of restaurants and cafes, shops, galleries and environment centre with a large shell collection and gifts.
