Welcome to Batehaven Cottage
Sitting high on the hill, over looking beautiful Corrigan's Beach this gorgeous cottage has two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with a trilogy bunk, making it suitable for a couple or family. On the inside the Batehaven Cottage has been professionally decorated with modern colours and artworks; looking outwards, you have the wonderful joy of gazing through a sprinkling of trees towards the ocean which is directly across the road.
The cottage is fully equipped with high quality modern conveniences; air-conditioned, LCD TV, DVD / Video player, full kitchen including microwave oven and dishwasher, there is also a washing machine and dryer, as well as clothes line. Single car garage with remote access and additonal parking at the front of your cottage. All linen provided - including beach towels, along with hair dryer, washing liquids & powders to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Please note this is a non-smoking dwelling, and pets are not permitted.
With only two minute's walk to Batehaven Village, you have access to supermarket, fresh fruit market, butcher, fish monger, bakery, newsagent, chemist, bottle shop and restaurants. Cross the road for access to Corrigans beach, or take a short drive to one of the many surf beaches the South Coast has to offer.
Enjoy your stay in Batemans Bay
The Batehaven Cottage is situated within a boutique development of three townhouses. The other two are located at the rear and are privately owned, it is a lovely quite place to visit, knowing that you will not have to worry about other noisy holiday makers.
There are plenty of things to do around Batemans Bay. Drive south along Beach Road, stopping at a string of picturesque coves and beaches. Drop a line off any number of good spots and you may hook a bream, flathead or mulloway. For the more adventurous, there are charters available for your fishing and diving activities. Enjoy a game of golf on the 27-hole Catalina Country Club, rated one of the finest courses on the South Coast and less than 2kms away from your cottage. If you enjoy cycling, well laid out cycle paths will take you on a scenic water side trip into the Batemans Bay town centre.
The cottage's convenient location allows you to walk to local restaurants for dinner and leave the car behind.
