The property features a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the downstairs level, the front doors open up onto fully fenced lush green lawns. Downstairs living features Large Plasma television, Blu-Ray Player and stereo with two lounges. Dining features seating for 8 and large kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed.

Upstairs features three bedrooms, master with queen, second with queen and third with 2 bunk beds. Upstairs has front balcony which takes in sea views and looks over park and lake across the road. The upstairs living area is perfect to get away featuring two lounges and television which is great for kids to use playstations etc on.
