Description
Misty Maples directly overlooks the Jamison Valley and is situated in the heart of Katoomba. It is walking distance to Katoomba centre, Three Sisters Lookout and beautiful waterfalls. The property is adjacent to a parkland reserve with beautiful views across the Jamison Valley and a 5 minute drive to Leura village.
The property has escarpment views from the sunroom and two of the three bedrooms.
The iconic Solitary Restaurant and Rooster Restaurant with unbelievable views over Jamison Valley are at the end of the street. There are many other eateries (including the extremely popular RSL Club), within a comfortable walking distance.
Your well-behaved pet is most welcome at no additional cost and that includes inside the house. The back yard is secured with gates/ fencing to a minimum height of approximately 1.2M and a doggy bed and food/water bowls are provided. The adjacent reserve offers a perfect space for them to stretch their legs while you take in the views. All we ask is that pets are not left alone if they are likely to disturb neighbours or damage the property and are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture. We have found pet owners to be extremely responsible guests which is why we can offer this service.
The property features some magnificent old pine trees together with Maples, camellias, azaleas, cherry blossoms and bulbs that give Katoomba its rather unique feel amongst the mountain landscape.
The sunroom and the two main bedrooms each with large windows, face due east across the Jamison Valley and pick up the morning sunrise. They also offer lovely reflections off the cliff face during sunset.

RATES:
THERE IS A MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY ON ALL BOOKINGS
Price for Friday and Saturday night inclusive, is $220 per night which includes use of one main bedroom with Queen size bed fully made up and towels etc for 2 people provided. Please add $20 per night for second queen size bed fully made up plus towels and $10 per night for each single bunk fully made up with towels etc
Price for Sunday through Thursday is $185 per night plus $20 for second queen bed and $10 per single bunk fully made up with towels etc provided.
DEPOSIT:
There is a $200 DEPOSIT required to secure the booking. The balance of the stay is payable 4 working days prior to the stay.
