It's a fantastic base to discover the delights of the region, including the wildlife, country markets, galleries, or just making castles on the sand.
The town is 75 kilometres south of Adelaide.
It's a paradise for divers and snorkellers, with dramatic shipwrecks and stunning marine life, including the famed Leafy Seadragon.
Enjoy some of the best produce and vineyards in Australia. The Fleurieu Peninsula is home to some prestigious winemaking regions, including McLaren Vale. There's also national parks, golf courses, top quality cuisine and more.
The House
This holiday house is perfectly situated in an area close to the beach, shops and cafe's of the Normanville main street. An easy stroll of approximately 500 metres will lead you to the picturesque beach and surf club.
The house contains 3 bedrooms, comprising of a queen bed, double bed and 2 sets of single bunk beds, all with spring mattresses. A porta-cot is available on request. The open plan living and kitchen area includes a recently renovated and fully equiped kitchen, leather lounge, flat screen tv, DVD player with DVD's, 8 seater dining table, breakfast bar and infant high chair if required. A washing machine is provided for your convenience.
A reverse cylce split-system provides all heating and cooling aswell as a combustion fire for those cool nights and ceiling fans to assist the sea breeze.
A user-friendly outdoor area includes undercover car parking and ample space for more than one car or a boat. Out the back, an outdoor setting provides a perfect spot to take in the morning sun, a barbeque and outdoor shower.The yard is fully enclosed and therefore appropriate for dogs to roam. Please advise of any pets you will be bringing on your holiday when making a booking.
