Enjoy the comfortable lounge room (with r/c aircon) or relax on the balcony in leafy surrounds with views across the bay, snapper island, and longbeach. The house is single level, with the master bederoom at the front of the property with its own bathroom, a second bathroom to service the remainilng two bedrooms. There are two queen size beds at the front and rear of the house and 3 king singles in the 3rd bedroom. Ideal for one large or two small families.
This immaculate home has added extras including a fully fenced garden, side access behind the gate for the boat, modern entertainment systems, bbq, and a large rear yard. There is a shopping centre ten minutes drive away in batemans bay, or a corner store at nearby maloneys beach.

We absolutely loved the house. Views across the bay. The sound of the waves at Long Beach in the quiet of night. The sea breeze from the front balcony.
The house is well appointed, with large open plan living and very comfortable. The location was just perfect, enjoyed by kids and adults alike. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone planning a holiday at Batemens Bay or Long Beach.

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House Retreat. The house was clean and well maintained with modern furniture and amenities. It is only a short stroll to Long Beach and away from the holiday crowds. We will definitely come back here on our next holiday to Batemans Bay and I have already recommended to my friends.
