Description
Honeyeaters is an ideal house for relaxing with family and friends.
This beach house would suit one or two families, with 4 bedrooms and
3 bathrooms.
Honeyeaters is not available for Year 12 "schoolies"
A large deck overlooking the beach has a built in table for 8, great for entertaining.
Entry level is open plan.
There are two comfortable sitting areas that flow through to a dining area and large kitchen.
The modern kitchen has a breakfast table overlooking a plunge pool to the rear of the property.
Bedroom 1 - Queen. The Master bedroom and en-suite with views of the sea.
Overhead fan and/or air-conditioning.
Downstairs
Cool bedrooms shaded by the deck above. All bedrooms have free-standing fans.
Bedroom 2 - Queen with en-suite.
Bedroom 3 - Double
Bedroom 4 - 2 singles
Bathroom 3 with shower over a square bath, big enough for a young child..
A travel cot is also available

PERFECT LOCATION
From downstairs you can walk out of the garden, across a bike path and join a sandy path with direct access to Sunshine Beach 2 minutes away.
Alternatively you can take the public steps, just metres from the house, which has a shower for rinsing off.
An easy walk to Sunshine Beach shops and restaurants
A short drive to Noosa Junction and Hastings Street
The house is fully equipped for a family holiday - just pack your beach towels.
Please enquire about rates for extended stays in low season.
Honeyeaters is a unique property. It is very private, surrounded by a tropical garden and Australian Bushland beyond.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-in 2.30pm. Check-out 10.30am.
Payment
50% of the total balance due 7 days after the booking is taken. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Payment in full together with a $500 refundable Bond must be received 28 days prior to your arrival.
Please ensure payments are made within these time limits or your booking will not be guaranteed.
Our bank details will be advised to you once the booking has been made.
Cancellation Policy
more than 28 days before arrival date - $200 fee
15 to 28 days before arrival date - 25% of total rental
8 to 14 days before arrival date - 50% of total rental
7 days or less prior to arrival date - no refund
