Description
Furnished with antiques, Studio on Browns is situated on one acre of private garden and provides generous accommodation for two to three adults or a couple with one child looking for a relaxing break without the hassle of a house. The garden is fully fenced for pets who like to holiday with their owners.
The accommodation has a private entrance and features a queen size bedroom and ensuite. There is also a smaller second bedroom with a single bed. Adjoining the bedrooms is a private sitting room leading to a large covered deck overlooking the garden. The deck is enclosed and provides a outdoor playing area for toddlers.
There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a wall fan in the sitting room, and external sun blinds are fitted. The sitting room also has a wood heater for the cooler nights and this is maintained by the owner. Both bedrooms also have small heaters. A small library of DVD's is available for guest use. The covered deck is an ideal area to relax with a glass of wine and listen to the native birdlife.
Linen is provided as well as tea, coffee, cereals, fruit and toast for breakfast. The sitting room has a kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge. Guests can enjoy a BBQ in their choice of setting, an electric BBQ on the covered deck or a more rustic covered garden setting with a gas BBQ. Both BBQ's have a picnic basket with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils provided. There is also a covered parking area.
Situated on Browns Road the accommodation is only a 5 min drive to the outstanding Dunes and Moona Links Golf Courses and is 7 mins to Peninsula Hot Springs. The beautiful 16th Beach is only a 10 minute (1km) stroll and adjoins the dramatic coastal National Park which is part of over 100km of Walks around the Peninsula.
The vibrant Sorrento and Blairgowrie villages are nearby, a great place to shop and relax with a coffee or a meal in one of the many quality eating venues.
