It is hard not to relax in this beautiful spot. The house is located on a very quiet street in Buff Point (near Budgewoi and Norah Head) on the NSW Central Coast, just over an hours drive north of Sydney via the F3 freeway. It is a waterfront property right on the lake's edge with amazing access and views of Budgewoi lake.
ACCOMMODATION
This great cottage is bigger than it looks and is equipped with fresh, modern and comfortable furnishings.

LIVING AND DINNING
You are spoilt for choice in living and dining areas
There is a front Lounge room with a comfortable chaise lounge, TV, DVD and VIDEO player, PS2 Game console and games. This room is ideal in winter and early mornings as it gets the morning sun.
Large open plan well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, slow cooker and much more. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8.
Second air conditioned lounge room with chaise lounge, sofa bed lounge, TV, DVD, video player and amazing view. This lounge is a great place to relax while watching nature cruise past.
2 Decks - one at the front and the other at the rear both with seating for 6. In the front deck you soak up the morning sun and the back deck is where you can sit and relax while taking in the sunset over Budgewoi Lake.
The views are absolutely amazing from most rooms of the house. It is almost as if you are living on water. The view is forever changing with the abundance of wildlife. You will see the pelicans, fish, ducks, swans and variety of other birds go about their daily life just outside your window.
If you would like something more active, 4 mountain bikes and 2 new kayaks (1 double and 1 single) are available for a small extra cost. The lake is safe for swimming and you can swim right in front of the house, however, we recommend the use of reef shoes!

BEACHES
There are several beaches within a short 5 minute drive of the house. Hargraves beach is protected by a reef creating calm conditions, ideal for children. There are also patrolled surf beaches a short distance away at Lakes Beach and Soldiers Beach. Nearby Cabbage Tree Harbour has a tidal rock pool and small sheltered beach suitable for young children.
LAKES
The house is situated on the waterfront at Budgewoi lake. The lake is shallow and great for swimming, kayaking and also a known spot for water skiing.
KAYAKING
There are 2 kayaks (double and a single) available at the house for a small hire fee. These can be launched right out the back of the house.
CYCLE PATH
At the rear of the house there is a Cycle path that goes almost all the way around the lake (approximately 23kms - easy grade) There are 4 mountain bikes available at the house for a small hire fee.
FISHING
Hargraves Beach is popular for beach fishing year round and the large rock platform below Norah Head lighthouse is also a popular spot for fisherman. Cabbage Tree Harbour has a boat ramp for access to the ocean and there are boat ramps to the lakes; the closest being to Budgewoi Lake from Slade Park on the southern side of Budgewoi Bridge. Small children will enjoy fishing just outside the house on a small rock ledge a few houses down. There is also a wharf a bit further along that is a great spot for young kids to fish from.

LOCAL FACILITIES
A large range of local shops (including Coles supermarkets) are five minutes drive away at Budgewoi. The Toukley markets are on each Sunday. A larger shopping center is available at Lake Haven with all major banks, Woolworths, Coles, Kmart and several other stores.
Both Toukley and Budgewoi have a variety of restaurants, cafes and clubs.
