If you want to relocate to or holiday on the beach, this lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is just perfect for you. Situated high on a hill right on Scarborough beach with no main road interrupting your supurb ocean views, you will have space, peace and quiet and the most relaxing ocean view Scarborough beach has to offer.

The property

The apartment is situated on the second floor with access via a lift. The second bedroom is on the entry level with two single beds, built in wardrobe and a shower room with toilet. Up the stairs to the left you find the open plan living, dining, kitchen area with those amazing views through full height windows that span the entire length of the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your relocation or holiday. The comfortable lounge area has a large flat screen TV & DVD player and the dining area seats four guests.
The main bathroom is on this level with a shower over the bath, laundry area complete with washing machine and tumble dryer and separate toilet.
To the right at the top of the stairs is the master bedroom with built in wardrobes on both sides of the room giving you ample storage and a sliding door leading to a lovely north facing balcony with views to the park and Scarborough beach.
The property has a split system air conditioner for your comfort.

As well as secure parking inside the apartment complex you have your own garage with roller door to secure your car if needed. There is a lovely communal pool for you as well as the beach a short stroll from the property.
