Nestled high above Boat Harbour surrounded by Tomaree National Park and overlooking spectacular One Mile and Samurai beaches, this modern, architecturally designed and furnished beach house is in the prime position of the exclusive 25 home gated One Mile Ridge resort development. BH7 is the perfect place to spend your holiday or a chilled out weekend away from the city.

BH7 has stunning 180 degree views of surf beaches, coastline and national park bushland and has direct access to One Mile Beach.

BH7 is freestanding and its prime location in the One Mile Ridge development ensures quiet and privacy. The two level floor plan provides private space for every guest. The main level includes the open plan lounge with fireplace, dining room and gourmet kitchen with marble benchtops, stainless steel Smeg appliances and fully equipped for the holiday chef. Floor to ceiling glass on three sides make the most of the amazing location. The main bedroom with ocean and bush views is also on this level and includes its own ensuite with spa tub.

The One Mile Ridge complex has a spectacular infinity edge pool and spa with amazing coastal views located a minute's walk from BH7. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO RENOVATIONS FROM FEBRUARY 2009 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

The lower level includes two large guest rooms, each with great surf views and doors opening to the patio. Also on the lower level is a luxurious bathroom including tub with surf views and a separate fully equpped laundry.

Our caretaker will meet you on arrival, show you through the property and answer any questions you might have about BH7 and the local area.

BH7 is fully serviced and equipped including egyptian cotton towels and luxurious bed linens.

All this within a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney.

Swimming or surfing at the pristine beaches, counting whales or watching winter storms next to the fireplace, BH7 is an ideal year round retreat.

Please no smoking at BH7 and no guests under 25 unless part of a family group.

  • "This property offers a spectacular view which would be hard to find anywhere else in the district. The townhouse is spacious and has all the necessary equipment for a holiday stay. The design of this property is such that taking optimal advantage of the outlook has sacrificed exposure to the elements. It can be hard to find a place to sit where you are not in full sun. Access to the beach can be made by foot through the national park which takes about 7 mins. Alternatively, the drive to the beach takes about 2 mins and is recommended if you want to take a bit of gear. The nearby beach is quite protected and patrolled and also ideal for walking or running. The pool is very small but because of its position is well worth taking a dip. The cleaning was poor and appliances were tricky. We would definitely consider another visit if the tariff was reduced somewhat."
