Upstairs is light and spacious with expansive windows taking full advantage of the views. It has a lounge, TV & DVD, stereo, kitchenette, dining, bathroom and 2 large queen bedrooms with rural views (one with built-ins and an ensuite).
The lower level has a large bedroom with queen bed and built-ins and bedroom 4 having a bunk plus a single which is great for the children. It offers an open plan lounge, TV & DVD player, kitchen with dishwasher, dining and a separate bathroom. Also it has a laundry with modern washing machine and ironing facilities plus an additional hot shower facility.
The house is well equipped with kitchen implements, expresso coffee machine, a selection of DVDs, CDs and games.
Outside has lawns front and rear with the house being screened from the road in front and a private fully fenced landscaped rear garden with clothes line and full of native birds.
Huge undercover parking large enough for 4 cars with high clearance making it suitable for boats.

Information
Carrickalinga has a beautiful safe swimming beach stretching for kilometres and backed by sandhills and rolling hills. Fish from the beach or explore the rock pools, boating, sailing and windsurfing. Normanville is 3km away via road, bike track or stroll along the beach and has a kiosk, shops, supermarket, takeaways, cafes and a hotel . Explore the local wineries or play a round of golf at Lady Bay Golf Course. Spend a day at Deep Creek Conservation Park, with plenty of walks and scenery or visit Urrimbirra Native wildlife park.
All beds are provided with quilts and covers, pillows, dress pillow cases and mattress protectors. Clothes and dish washing materials, tea towels & bath mats are provided.
Basic supplies are provided to get your holiday started.

Booking Details
Low & Medium - minimum 2 nights
Long Weekend - minimum 3 nights with late check-out
Easter - minimum 4 nights with late check-out
High - minimum one week
For long weekends and mid-week stays (Sun - Thurs) you are entitled to a late check-out on the last day being 5.00pm instead of the normal 10.00am.
Christmas school holidays bookings are one week minimum only unless vacant when a last minute shorter booking will be accepted.
Reduced rates (10% discount) if a couple only wants to stay.
Bookings incur an additional $60 cleaning fee per stay.
Please note, at least 2 people must be 25 years or older to book this home and verification must be shown.
A $500 security bond is required, refundable if property left in a clean, undamaged condition. Repairs, replacements and additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the bond.
