Beach house with polished floorboards to create a comfortable seaside retreat. There is a huge undercover deck with gas BBQ, and large fenced garden and lawn. Close to Wineries, Golf courses. Off street parking for car and boat.

Layout

The Beach Shack has three bedrooms comprising two queen size beds, and four single beds. There is a fully self contained kitchen and lounge/dining area, bathroom, and laundry with second shower facilities. All bedding, linen and towels are provided.

Close by

The Beach Shack is 100m from the bay beach with a traffic light for easy access. Surf Shop and Bait/Tackle & Boat shop and only 150m from the Tootgarook boat ramp. For surf, the lifeguard patrolled (summer only) beach at Gunnamatta is only a 10 min drive. There are a number of nearby golf courses to test your game or take a short drive to Arthurs Seat where the views of the bay are breathtaking.
