Large open-plan Living area features cathedral ceilings, polished floor boards, potbelly gas fire, and TV, DVD, VCR, CD & Radio ...also a library of movies, books, mags and games.Demisting/dehumidifying fan and overhead fan installed

Fully equipped Kitchen and Dining Room opens out to a private Nth-facing Sundeck with BBQ, out-door table settings and large sun umbrellas...
