Freshwater Haven is a 2 storey, fully self-contained home and sleeps 6-7 guests comfortably. The master bedroom is on the upper level contains a queen size bed and plasma TV with Foxtel. The other 2 bedrooms are also on this level, one contains a queen bed and the other is perfect for children with a double plus single futon style bed (on floor).
A well appointed modern kitchen overlooks the outside pool area and opens to the dining room. This room flows to the outside and a superb undercover poolside entertaining area. The sparkling pool has a coveted northerly aspect which catches the sun all day. The patio area also houses a separate toilet, shower and Japanese inspired bath area.
The inside living room is spacious and comfortable and contains a 42 inch plasma screen TV with Foxtel connection.
There is off street parking for 1 car.

This conveniently located beach home is perfect for a lay back, casual seaside holiday. Its' beautiful pool and outdoor living area may tempt you to not want to venture away from the house at all!
Freshwater Beach is one of the safest beaches on the Northern Beaches and perfect for families. It is an easy walk from the home and is patrolled by lifeguards from October to April. Habord Beach Hotel is just across the road from the beach, perfect to pop in to for lunch or cool drink after a hot day.
Freshwater boasts a variety of dining options, from casual Mexican and Thai Restaurants along the main street to the highly regarded "Pilu at Freshwater", right on the shores of the beach. Let's not forget how close Manly is to this property, just ten minutes away by car or bus and a host of restaurants and nightlife are at your disposal. The Sydney CBD is a 20 minute ferry ride from Manly so sightseeing is a breeze.
