H3 is a unique property in a truly unique location. From your front doors its just a few metres to your own sandy white beach with a calm water bay perfect for kids of all ages.There are lots of walking paths and bike tracks close by.
This purpose built beach house has stunning views from nearly every room in the house but your favourite spot will no doubt be the terrace balcony with a large outdoor dining table, sun lounges, webber bbq and lots of space for sitting back and soaking in the view.
All the essentials are provided along with lots of little luxuries including a 55" LED Smart TV, Apple Mac Computer with wifi, complimentary wireless broadband, lush leather lounges and an 8 seater dining table.
H3 is only a few minutes drive to lots of great restaurants including Peppers Anchorage, which is only a few minutes walk away. Nelson Bay is just a 10 minute drive and the Salamander Bay Shopping Village (home to Woolworth's, Coles and Aldi) is even closer.
Port Stephens is home to some amazing fresh produce including our famous oysters and loads of fresh seafood. Pick up some fresh prawns and oysters from the co-op and then sit back and enjoy the sunset. If you feel like cooking up a storm, the kitchen is fully equipped to entertain with a smeg oven, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop and large fridge with ice maker and filtered water.
H3 has been a favourite family holiday for many years and now, with kids growing up and flying the coop, we have decided to share this special piece of paradise with you!
