Outdoors
The secure yard has a fully fenced pool and patio area with table setting and BBQ for outdoor dining. There is a large grassed area for the kids to play on. An outdoor hot shower makes coming off the beach easy for the family.
Local Area
The house is just a short stroll to the beach and cycle path where the white sandy beach leads to the famous Busselton Jetty. Here the kids can get the train to the Underwater Observatory. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the town centre. There is a golf course, drive in movies and skateboard park all within easy reach, whilst a boat launching ramp is just around the corner. The area is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, boating and fishing, watching the beautiful sunsets or going for coffee or eating in one of the local cafes or restaurants.
Dunsborough is the home of HMAS Swan, one of the largest dive wrecks in the Southern Hemisphere. Margaret River Wine Region offers wine tours, good food, boutique breweries, fantastic wine and a chocolate making factory.
The surrounding areas are abundant with natural wonders. Dolphins are often seen in Geographe Bay. There are cave tours in Ngilgi Cave in Yallingup. National Parks are also close by.
Art, craft and culture can be found at the local art galleries, Busselton Museum, Wonnerup House and the Wardan Aboriginal Cultural Centre.
