The "Beach Shack" by name sits at the bottom of Mt Coolum.
It comprises 3 bedrooms (master queen with ensuite, 2nd bedroom is a double next to the 2nd bathroom and the 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds(4)), therefore sleeping 8 plus 2 on a sofa bed located in the main living area. We also provide 4 additional blow up matresses if needed.
Each room within the house has ceiling fans and the main living area is fitted with air conditioning / heating.
There are two outdoor entertaiment areas - one paved courtyard with BBQ at the rear of the property and a decked verandah area at the front of the house.
The kitchen is spacious with breakfast bench. It contains Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, George Foreman and other appliances.
Laundry facilities are provided with Washing Machine.
Double lock up garage is also for your use.
Digital TV plus 2 small portables are available, DVD, Playstation and board games are there for your use.
Located approx 7kms from the Sunshine Coast Airport, 900m from the beach, 700m to Shops (IGA, bottle, pizza, fish & chips, chemist, bakery and cafes) and 20 metres across the road to Mt Coolum Golf Club. Also just a short walk to climb Mt Coolum and enjoy 360 degress views of the Sunshine Coast.
Pets are allowed at $10 per night per pet, backyard is fully fenced.
Qualified Blue card accredited, babysitter at reasonable rates - next door call April ()
