This spacious an sunny holiday home is set on a large block with 2 decks and a nice garden area.
There are 2 living areas the main one having a TV and DVD player, and gas heating the second having a wood heater and a split system hating and cooling unit, there are 2 dining settings and the kitchen is downstairs with eclectic oven and gas cooktop. there is a microwave and a dishwasher, the kitchen is fully self contained with all cooking utensils, pots and pans crockery and cutlery etc.
There are 3 bedrooms the main bedroom having an ensuite and there is a family bathroom.
There are 2 decks the one at the rear of the property has a gas BBQ and outdoor setting the side deck also has an outdoor setting and great views to the water.
Please note the garage is not available for use.
