Any bookings made with Midnight At Hepburn are conditional to the Guest having fully read, understood and accepted the following Terms And Conditions.
Payment of the rental constitutes the Guests acceptance of these Terms And Conditions.
ADULTS ONLY POLICY
Midnight At Hepburn is designed as a couples retreat for adults only.
All guests must be over the age of 18 years.
Sorry, STRICTLY NO children or infants are allowed.
Maximum number of guests at any one time is 2 persons.
Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination of the booking agreement and No refund will be provided.
PET FREE ZONE
Sorry, NO pets are allowed.
Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination of the booking agreement and No refund will be provided.
SMOKE FREE INDOOR ENVIRONMENT
Midnight At Hepburn is a non smoking indoor environment.
An outdoor area for smokers is provided.
Failure to comply with the No Smoking Policy will result in an additional cleaning fee of $200 being charged.
DAMAGES, THEFTS AND LOSS
Any Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests' responsibility during their stay.
The owner reserves the right to use existing payment facilities to compensate for Damage, Breakages, Thefts and Loss or any excess cleaning or costs incurred as a result of the guests' actions.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility fo the guests' personal property.
CODE RED FIRE DAYS
In the event of a Code Red - Catastrophic Fire Danger Day being declared for our region, Midnight At Hepburn will be closed and the following procedures will apply:
- Guests currently in-house will be given the option to vacate the property prior to 5pm the evening before the Code Red Day. Guests choosing to vacate the property, will be given a full refund of the balance of their booking.
- Guests due to check in on a Code Red Day will be contacted and advised that the accommodation will not be available and will be provided with a full refund of their booking.
PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties and functions are prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use and not commercial use. Please respect the privacy of our local community and neighbours.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Arrival - Guests may arrive at the property from 2pm on the day of their booking.
Departure - Check-out time is 11.00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests. We ask that the property be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
BOOKINGS
A 50% deposit will be required to secure bookings.
The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are refundable (less a $35 booking fee) only after we have secured a replacement booking.
