The downstairs section of this great holiday home features the kitchen, which has all the modern appliances required for your holiday. Also, the dining room is on this level, plus a deck.
There are also three bedrooms on this level, plus the main bathroom. Separate toilet.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed, and bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have double bunks.
Upstairs is the lounge room and deck which has wonderful views of the ocean.
B-b-que and outdoor setting on the deck for the long lunches. Views to Copacabana.
Leather lounge and large plasma television, plus DVD in the lounge room.
The fourth bedroom on this level has the most amazing views. Wonderful sunrises to be seen from here. Queen size bed and modern ensuite.
There is also a large outdoor setting under the deck facing the yard. The laundry is located here as well and features a front loading washing machine and dryer.
There is a large, unfenced yard, which also has a trampoline (use only at own risk).
There is no off street parking at the property, and definitely, NO use of the spa.
