Cape Woolamai Beach Villa is located in a small, quiet pocket of Phillip Island. Consisting of three bedrooms, this beach house sleeps seven comfortably, with two queen bed rooms & a bunk room with three single beds.
Enter through the fully fenced garden, with grassed play area, paved entertaining zone, undercover BBQ, into the open plan & lightfilled living space. The lounge features a 40in LED TV with DVD & movies provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, or there are a number of takeaway stores & a general store/bottle shop just 600m down the road.
The bathroom provides a shower area & front load washer & seperate toilet. A reverse cycle system in the living area will keep you warm in the winter months & cool through the Summer. Freestanding fans are provided in each bedroom.
Bedroom One - Queen Bed & walk in robe, ground level
Bedroom Two - Bunk Room, with three single beds, ground level (extra child's pull out & cot available on request POA.)
Bedroom Three - Queen Bed, with sunny deck area, upstairs
All linen & bath towels included in cost - BYO beach towels
Bring your bikes/scooters/helmets to enjoy the local roads & tracks, your surfboards (a few provided!) for waves on any given day (it's an island, so there's many wave locations for all levels), golf clubs for the local course in Cowes, Fishing boat/gear to hook yourself a Snapper or Whiting & walking shoes for the many nature walks on offer!
For families there are kids movies, toys for littlies, boogie boards, highchair (birth-2yrs), swing set, Pram on request.
Well behaved, outdoor dogs will be considered on application....BYO supplies.
