A unique experience stay on a small vineyard in the heart of the vineyards stay either in the cottage or one of the themed beautifully restored train carriages. Open fires in the larger ones, spa bath in Royal, fully equipped kitchens in Chardonnay,Krinklewood and Safari and cooking facilities in both the Orient and the Royal.
Tennis court and above ground swimming pool.

Bedroom Layouts for all accommodation
Chardonnay – Layout –
Two carriages together joined by a deck which steps down to an outside entertaining area. Woodfired BBQ and and Open fireplace.
Carriage 1- has a bedroom with a lovely queen size half tester bed this comes out to a bathroom and toilet.
Lounge/dining room with open fireplace and fully equipped kitchen with fan forced oven, gas cooktop and microwave.
Carriage 2- toilet , down hallway , compartment with two single beds then through a large room which has a double bed and two singles, through a small vestibule to another large room this one with a queen bed and two singles. Down hallway to a compartment with a built in double bed, then another toilet and another bathroom.
Victorian –

One room with a double bed and an ensuite.
Bathroom and toilet
Lounge,kitchen with a full upright gas stove, microwave, open fire and a lovely large deck with table and chairs and gas bbq.
Orient – Sleeps two couples Two double compartments each with double beds built in with the original double seating for reading. Lovely federation bathroom and separate toilet. Kitchen/lounge like a luxury cruiser with a double hotplate and microwave, deck with table and chairs and a woodfired bbq. Electric log fires.
Royal – Sleeps Couple
Lovely bedroom with French antique bed, stained glass window ,lounge with electric log fire, small kitchen with double hotplate and microwave. Bathroom with spa-bath, separate toilet.
Safari- Sleeps 8

One bathroom and two toilets.
Kitchen with full oven and cooktop, gas log fire in lounge. Great fun all decorated in an African theme. One of our most popular places. Gas bbq.
Krinklewood Cottage –
Two bedrooms downstairs each with double beds
A loft either side of the lounge reached by loft stairs one with two singles and two trundles and the other with three single beds.
Fully equipped kitchen upright stove. Open fireplace and wood fired bbq.
Facilities
The cottage and trains are fully self catering we provide linen you bring own food and toiletries. Mossie spray, tennis racquets and towels for swimming.
The Tennis court is available to all after 10.00am on most weekends, (Easter it is booked by the cottage exclusively)
Aboveground swimming pool (12x24ft) available to all.
We have 25 acres with a small vineyard in the heart of the vineyards Broke Road being the first road into the vineyards and Palmers Lane next road over. Hunter Valley Gardens and Harrigan’s Irish Pub is a couple of minutes away and we are between the Vintage and Cyprus Lakes Golf Courses.
We have six vineyards at the other end of the laneway.Grapemobile bike hire and vineyard next door.

Terms and Conditions.
A deposit is required to confirm bookings. The deposit is nonrefundable within 14 days of booking on normal weekends and 28 days on special weekends ie; concerts, lovedale long lunch etc unless we can refill the booking.
