The entrance leads to a spacious lounge with views to a private courtyard area (with remote control roof) and the beach. Overlooking the lake is the modern dining, kitchen (with dishwasher) and living area with large windows & split system air conditioning.
One of the bedrooms is located downstairs for those who prefer to live on one level only (no need to climb stairs). The bathroom, separate toilet and laundry mean that downstairs is completely self contained.
The upstairs area has a large master bedroom with WIR, ensuite and incredible lake views. The other bedroom is a good size with a separate bathroom.
A separate living area upstairs can be used as a kids play room or games room or a fourth bedroom (there is a sofa bed). All the rooms are big!
The gardens are well maintained. There is a large single garage with remote control roller door. The home has a pleasant relaxed atmosphere and the beach access and water views will ensure your family has a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Put the canoe in the water and go for a 4KM paddle around Encounter lakes.

Pet Friendly Holidaying
If your pets are put in a kennel while you are on holidays not only with they have a horrible time, but it will cost you a significant chunk of money!
The backyard of this property is completely enclosed so your animals can be outside safely. Your well behaved animals are very welcome inside, but not on the furniture please (for the comfort of our guests).
We provide food and water bowls. Just bring bedding for your animals and they will be set!
The house will be cleaned to a high standard to ensure that whilst it is pet friendly, it is not pet smelly!
