Kingston Downs is ideal for multiple family groups, couples getaway, girls weekender. It is designed for comfort and relaxation.
Kingston Downs is a STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR SIMILAR GATHERINGS ACCOMMODATION
The house has both central heating & cooling which makes it ideal for both winter and summer holidays.
It has an open plan kitchen which overlooks a covered outdoor entertainment area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ extra gas bottle in the shed.
Four bedrooms have queen size beds and the 5th has a set of bunks and a trundle bed.
The 2nd living area has three pull out sofa beds (Living Room can be closed off)
The house is completely set up with everything you could need - including, 3 Plasma TV's with dvd players, stereo system with ipodmp3 playback, board games, dvds, Playstation 2 and much, much more.
For outdoors there are wet suits (different sizes), boogie boards, beach chairs, sun tents etc all are for your enjoyment whilst staying at Kingston Downs.
Kingston Downs also provides for the keen golfer as there are 3 sets of golf clubs.

KINGSTON DOWNS is only a 1 minute stroll to the Ocean Grove Marketplace Shopping Centre which has everything you might need including:
Safeway Supermarket & Liquor, KFC, Subway, Caltex Petrol, DVD store, Fish & Chips, Pizza & Pasta, Chinese Restaurant, Hair Salon, Day Spa, Discount Store, Priceline Pharmacy, Newsagency, Bulk Billing Health Centre, Butchers, Donut King, Bakers Delight and a discount store.
There is also a public bus stop here.
The newly renovated Aquatic Centre is also only a 10 minute stroll. This includes a fantastic indoor pool, gymnasium & basketball stadium.
By car, the beach is only about a 5 minute drive.
The famous "Adventure Park" water themed park is only 6 km North of Ocean Grove - this is great for ALL ages! It is open from October to April.
A'Maze n Games is 5 kms North, this has a giant timber maze, an 18 hole mini golf course & a cafe.
The HMAS Canberra warship was scuttled off the coast of Ocean Grove in 2009. It is now a dive & snorkelling attraction open to all.
The Ocean Grove Nature Reserve is 143 acres in size which includes a lake, walking tracks & bird hides.
Local Banks include - ANZ, Bendigo, Commonwealth, National & Westpac.
Other activities in the area also include - golf, surfing, helicopter rides, bodyboarding, wineries, diving, scenic flights and much more!
OCEAN GROVE is situated on the southern coast of the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. It is separated by the Barwon River from it's twin coastal town of Barwon Heads. It is the largest town outside of Geelong on the Bellarine Peninsula.
The population of Ocean Grove is 11,300. It's local waterways include the Barwon River, Bass Strait, Blue Waters Lake & Lake Connewarre. Ocean Grove is 25 kms from Geelong, 15kms from Queenscliff & 26kms from Torquay.
Coastal attractions include surf beaches which front Bass Strait & several walking tracks.The Main Surf Beach features the Surf Life Saving Club and the famous 'Dunes Cafe & Bar'.
Ocean Grove offers a wide selection of shopping facilities including major supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and speciality shops.
