Sleeping arrangements

Room 1 - Double sized bed.
Room 2 - Single bed with pullout & Bunk beds (sleeps 4)
Room 3 - Queen sized bed.
Room 4 - 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)

House boasts two large lounge and kitchen areas, formal dining room, huge seperate games/studio room at the rear, sunroom in centre of house brings sunlight into all the rooms. Huge outdoor pool with inbuilt Spa. Double driveway with room for boat or caravan.

There are many extras at Seagate Beach Retreat including dishwasher, extra drinks fridge/freezer, pool table, dining area for twelve, 4 televisions to stop those arguements amongst the kids and even electronic game consoles for the kids entertainment. Did I mention the pool/spa and BBQ for those outdoor activities.

Uniquely Artistically influenced and Architectually Designed

Seagate Beach Retreat Is a very unique Beach house which derives its history from a well known local artist " Darrell Jane". Darrell Janes artwork is perminantly embeded in the front of the building. Darrells theme of open large spaces reflecting the ocean and beach life on the Australian Coastaline has strongly influenced the design of Seagate Beach Retreat. There are many different spaces in Seagate Beach Retreat to experience. Many people who have experienced this space find it inspiring and very relaxing. This building is one of a kind and was very much ahead of its time when first constructed in the 80's. The neighbours when first experiencing the structure were amazed that anyone would have designed such a building for its day. Today to build such a building would be seen as impractable and expensive.

However, leaving an appreciation for art for the next generation was more important to Darrell Jane than anything else, after all he was an Art Teacher at Rockingham Senior High School. Now he continues to teach us through what he has left us to admire.

Family Pricing structures.

All Pricing displayed on the Seagate Beach Retreat Stayz Web site is based on a immediate family unit being 2 adults and 2 to 4 children.
There is an extra one off fee ranging from $100 to $250 to cover extra bedding, sheets, pillows, towels, set up, reconfiguring facilities, cleaning and the use of utilities, this fee is determined by the size of the family group (including extended family) and the season.

Please be aware your initial quote is based upon the numbers of people that you have originally submited. If you choose to increase your numbers after the original quote, prices will change and you may have to resubmit your enquiry.

We attempt to keep the prices within a fair and equitable range to suit the average family and those who are larger.

We hope you appreciate that Seagate Beach Retreat is a very large facility with many extras that comfortably accommodates large groups, up to 12 people only.

Please let us know all the details of your family group, sometimes we have confused families with group bookings also be aware we don't accomodate family groups beyond 12 persons due to insurance purposes, the impact it has on the facilities and neighbourhood.

Some places just squeeze people into a budget. We want all to relax and enjoy the holiday experience even if you are a large family group.
