Only 2-3 kms from Sydney Olympic Park, ANZ Arena, Bicentennial Park, and Homebush Bay (about 5 mins drive) We are approximately 30mins by car from the city and Sydney Airport, and 1 hour by bus, train or ferry to Darling Harbour.
It is ideal for families and people looking for a quiet place to stay near Sydney Olympic Park.
Accommodation consists of:
Bedroom 1 - New Sealy posturepedic beds set up as king or 2 single beds (please email preference), and ample built in robes.
Bedroom 2- Queen bed and single bed with built in robe.
2 bathrooms with shower and toilet - one has bath, other has washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Spacious open plan lounge/dining with leather chaise lounge, sofabed, 42" LCD TV, DVD player and stereo.
A selection of DVD's is supplied (e.g children's, family, action, drama).
A Playstation 2 with some games can be requested.
Now with free ADSL2 WIFI and airconditioning.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel fridge, oven and gas cooktop.

The accommodation is self-contained and the tariff includes bedding, linen and bath towels for the booked number of guests.
We have a 5 night minimum booking and a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. One additional child up to 16 years of age can stay for the daily rate as per the tariff. Infants under 2 are free.
Security carparking for 1 car, pool towels and a portacort are available on request. There is ample street parking in front of the apartment and the area is safe and quiet.
Cleaning during your stay can be arranged for a fee if required.

Nearby, Newington shops has a Woolworths as well as a large number of cafes and restaurants.
Sydney's Paddy's Markets, Rhodes shopping centre, Ikea, Homebush DFO and Costco are a short drive away.
It is a non-smoking property and smoking is allowed on the balcony only.
GUESTS ARE EXPECTED TO ABIDE BY THE STRATA BY-LAWS AND TO SHOW CONSIDERATION FOR OTHER RESIDENTS BY NOT MAKING EXCESSIVE NOISE.
PLEASE NOTE: LOSS OF PART OR ALL OF YOUR BOND MAY RESULT IF COMPLAINTS ARE MADE.
NO LOUD PARTIES WILL BE TOLERATED.
Guests must leave the apartment tidy, with all rubbish removed to the bins in the basement, and any food removed. A fee will apply if the cleaners have to do this (deducted from bond).
Please leave the spare key and car park remote inside and ensure the apartment is locked on departure. Return one key to the keysafe.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Bookings can be reserved by making a deposit of $500 (this becomes the security bond). A temporary booking is held for 3 days. The balance is due and payable thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If the date of arrival is within 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to arrange payment will result in cancellation of the booking.
2. Payment is by direct deposit, cheque or money order. Information will be given at time of booking. Credit card payment is also possible using PAYPAL (additional fees will apply).
3. All payments are to be made in Australian dollars. International transfers must cover bank fees.
4.A Bond of $500 will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. There is a mandatory departure cleaning fee of $150 which is added to the tariff. The Bond will be refunded as long as the property is found to be clean and in a similar condition to when the guests arrived, with all rubbish removed and nothing missing or damaged.
5. DAMAGES/NON-SMOKING/CLEANING POLICY: If repair or cleaning causes disruption to business, or added expenses- these will be charged to the customer.
6. Check-in time is not before 2pm on date of arrival and check-out time is strictly 10am. Early check-in or late check out may be arranged depending on availability and a fee may apply.
7. Confirmation and check in/checkout and key collection/return procedure will be emailed to the customer once full payment has been received.
8.CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Full refund (minus $25 processing fee) is provided as long as wriiten notification (by email) is given more than 30 days prior to due arrival. Changes which reduce the number of nights stay will be treated as a cancellation (minimum booking of 1 week applies).
Between 14-29 days notice: $75 fee
Between 7-13 days notice $100 fee
Less than 7 days notice or during stay- no refund of deposit or money paid unless the property is re-let. Refund will be for days re-let less $150.
9.The majority of units that surround the apartment are owner-occupied and some are tenanted. Guests must agree by virtue of making full payment to show respect for others by keeping noise to a minimum.
Disturbances and abuse will not be tolerated and will result in cancellation of the customer's stay and loss of the Bond.
Parties are strictly prohibited and any breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra costs incurred for clean up/security/repairs will be charged to the customer.
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. Only people for whom the booking is made may stay. Extra people who stay will be charged an additional fee (taken out of the bond).
12. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment. Charges will apply for any additional cleaning costs if this has occurred. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the balcony. Please use the ashtray provided.
13. We highly recommend customers purchase travel insurance for bookings in the event of ill health, travel delay, damage to belongings etc.
