Description
The house is situated on 1 acres of land with water front, providing uninterrupted views overlooking the lake and treetop of lake Eldon. This comes with glorious wildlife including lots of kangaroos and bird life.
The house comprises of two bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen-sized bed, with access to the deck, through a sliding door. The second room comprises of a Trio bed as well as one bunk bed.
The living room has cathedral ceilings and overlooks the lake with floor to ceiling windows over the entire length of the wall and the deck is accessed via a sliding door from this living room as well as the master bedroom.
A fully appointed kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the plates and utensils you would need.
The house has a nice deck overlooking the lake with a large table and benches. The deck enjoys the morning and afternoon sun and often has numerous birds that visit for a feed. These include Parrots, Roselle’s, Cockatoos and Kookaburras.
There are no pets permitted on the property as this is to encourage the wildlife to remain and also we don't allow pets inside for hygiene and allergy reasons. Also smoking is NOT permitted inside.
10 minutes drive to Eildon CBD
A great place to stay in summer for boating, fishing and swimming, etc, but also great for a lovely peaceful break in autumn/winter. A private pontoon is directly located in front of the property for your personal use for fishing or boat mooring.
Please note that the driveway access to the property is not suitable for boat on a trailer and is strongly not recommended. However boats can be launched from the public boat ramp and moored at the private pontoon.
