New fridge and washer with electric drier and cloth line. Ceiling fans, all new kitchenware, blankets and pillows supplied.

ABOUT FINGAL BAY :
Easy 2 hour drive form Sydney, close to Nelson Bay shops and restaurants, yet private and quiet place to relax or take on some active adventures.

One of only 2 patrolled surf beaches in this area and closest to Nelson and Shoal Bay. This picturesque village is surrounded by the Tomaree National Park. A magnificent beach with an infamous walk across "The Spit" to view the burnt out ruins of the outer lighthouse residence.

Explore Fingal Head and enjoy the views. There is some great fishing off the beach as well as the Headlands ( I once got a 3kg beaut ! ) . Many a large jewfish has been landed off the spit, you can see them while snorkelling.

This beach is very popular with surfers, is protected by the headland in the southern corner ( shallow , no waves , great for toddlers ) and opens to the ocean swell further up the beach.
