Situated in the quiet haven of Parkedge Rd opposite Noosa National Park, this large home is within easy walking distance to Sunshine Beach village, Surf Club and beach and only minutes to Noosa.

A classic 80's house with loads of room for family and friends. The house is over 3 levels and has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and study with guest bed. It boasts a large outdoor pool area, great kitchen with new appliances, 2 car lock up garage and parking for boat or trailer.

Pet friendly and a short walk to Sunshine beach dog beach.

Please note that our house is located in a quiet street in beautiful Sunshine Beach and is ideal for those that will enjoy a relaxing getaway. For this reason we do not allow 'schoolies' stays or parties at our house.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has built-in wardrobes and 2 double beds
Bedroom 3 has a built-in wardrobe and queen bed
Bedroom 4 has a built-in wardrobe and queen bed
The study has built-in desk, robe and a fold-down lounge/futon

Pets

We welcome a maximum of 2 pets to the house.
We ask that pets do not sleep on beds or furniture and are kept on the living and dining levels. Any damage caused by pets is the responsibility of the tenant.

Sunshine Beach dog beach is a short stroll away and is a very popular spot for families and their dogs.
