Fully airconditioned family home with below ground pool and backing onto Meadow Springs Golf Course.
Long stays - from only $700 per week for stays of 4 weeks or more off peak. We are happy to let the house for longer periods and prices are negotiable please contact us for details.
Well presented, fully furnished and equipped, open plan modern brick and tile house with below ground pool. Located on a peaceful street and backing onto Meadow Springs Golf Course.
The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room/dining/kitchen, formal lounge and laundry.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each have a single bed.
There is an open plan kitchen, dining and family room area with TV and DVD. The kichen is fully equipped with microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a dining setting for 6.
Outside is an outdoor undercover alfresco area by the below ground pool with bbq and dining table for 6. Please note that as there is a pool at this property it is not suitable for young children who cannot swim.
The house is insulated with ducted evaporative air conditioning to the whole house and a separate reverse cycle unit in bedroom 1. There is a gas heater for winter nights.
Mandurah city centre is only a few minutes away by car and the local shops are even closer. The beach is a 5 minute drive.
Bedding, towels and linen are available free of charge provided these are laundered at the end of your stay. If you do not wish to launder the towels and linen there will be an additional $50 charge.
Smoking should be confined to the outdoor areas.
BOOKING FEE: Our normal terms are $500 deposit paid at the time of booking.
This $500 is used as a non-refundable booking fee/deposit and 'security bond' when you eventually take possession of the property.
This 'security bond' is refunded in full after check-out provided the property is in the condition in which you found it.
Full payment of the tariff must be made at least 21 days prior to check-in.
CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM - 3PM. CHECK OUT MUST BE BY 10.00AM, LATE CHECK OUT CAN BE ARRANGED UPON REQUEST AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
