There are three bedrooms. The mid level comprises of the master bedroom with ensuite and bath (with views!), another bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite and third bedroom with a single bed. Two bedrooms face towards the ocean with stunning views of the ocean.

Tugun is a beachside suburb on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. At the 2006 Census, Tugun had a population of 4,821.
Locals fondly call Tugun, Tugz (pronounced choo-gs). It's joined to its neighbouring suburbs of Currumbin and Bilinga via the Gold Coast Oceanway.
Its name is believed to have derived from an Indigenous word of unknown dialect meaning "breaking waves".[1]
Tugun is a popular holiday destination, with a number of holiday units and motels lining Tugun Beach. Tugun has a number of shops located on its Golden-Four Drive strip.
