On Eastern Beach, close to Deakin University (waterfront campus), Geelong hospital, Geelong Botanical Garden and Geelong CBD and a great base to explore the coastal towns whilst staying in a central, yet calm location with amazing views!

Booking contract (will be sent to you via email after booking confirmation) to be completed, signed and returned and full payment made within 4 business days after booking confirmation. If the booking is within the next 10 days, full payment to be done and contract returned by three days before entering the property, so cleaning and linen change can be organised. Payment can be made via bank account deposit or transfer only (no credit card/ no cheques-).

There is a $200 (1-4 persons) bond on top of any booking charge reembursed 3 days after the stay as long as the rubbish is removed, a general clean-up is undertaken before leaving to avoid an extra clean-up charge & nothing missing or damaged from property-
