Sunshine at Lake Macquarie will give you the weekender life style you've been looking for. With Australia’s largest coastal saltwater lake as your backyard, you will have ample opportunity to enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, sail boarding, and water-skiing.

Just 45 minutes from the renowned Hunter Valley Wine District, and a short drive to the beautiful bush walking trails of the Watagan Mountains, Sunshine at Lake Macquarie is the ideal place to de-stress and live like the locals.

Wake to the sound of lapping water, spectacular sunrises and superb views of Pulbah Island, and Pt. Wolstonecraft. Whether you enjoy boating, painting or photography, the gentle ambience of Sunshine at Lake Macquarie will let you enjoy a pleasant sea change.

Location

Sunshine Cottage is located on the Morisset peninsular,on the western side of Lake Macquarie, just 90 minutes drive from Sydney.
It enjoys a perfect North Easterly aspect, capturing Winter sunshine all day long, and in the Summer time, the covered veranda provides the perfect haven to enjoy the lake!

Tariffs and General Information

Rates are:
$190 per night, Sunday through Thursday nights,
$220 per night Fridays and Saturdays, and NSW public & school holidays.
$240 per night for Easter holiday weekend.
$250 per night from 18th December to 23rd December
$270 per night from 24th December to 9th January
$250 per night from 10th January to 28th of January
All bookings incur a $50 cleaning fee ($70 during the Xmas holiday period), and a $250 refundable bond($300 during the Xmas holiday period).
The cottage can accommodate up to a maximum of seven guests. Under no circumstances can this number be exceeded.

Blankets, pillows, and donnas are supplied, however guests must provide their own linen and towels.

There are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, which open straight onto the veranda, with stunning views! The third bedroom has a single bed, and two bunk beds (with full size mattresses)
The cottage has a quality bathroom, with a full size bath and separate shower, and an internal laundry, with a second toilet.

Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out is by 10am.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation (0-21 days prior) of the accommodation and the premises is relet, 20% of the total tariff will be retained as the Cancellation Fee and the balance refunded. 100% of the total tariff will be forfeited if the property is unable to be relet for the negotiated period.
