The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The large modern kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a separate dining area off the kitchen. The lounge room has a big comfortable leather lounge with a large flatscreen TV, DVD, CD player and iPod docking station. The balcony has a six seater outdoor setting, with a gas BBQ and is ideal for sitting and watching the glorious sunsets. There is also a single lock up garage and a separate laundry with washer and dryer. Private stairs down to the water and it is only a few minutes walk into town. This is a non-smoking property. Personal linen is not provided but can be hired (pillow cases, sheets and towels), refer to booking registration on website. This property has a security deposit which must be finalised on arrival as well as the completion of our guest registration form located on our website and confirmation email.
