Popular BELLS BEACH is 20 minutes away on foot via the walking track or 5 minutes by car.
Upstairs there is one bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and an ENSUITE with a BATH.
The upstairs living room is open plan with FLAT SCREEN T.V. and D.V.D player, couch and a hugh day bed. The dining room table seats 8 people and a children's high chair is available.
There is a DECK coming off the living area with table, chairs, umbrella and a BABY Q WEBER BBQ.
The kitchen is well appointed with S/S SMEG appliances, a large S/S REFRIGERATOR and microwave .
Downstairs there is another bedroom with a queen size bed, single bed, walk in wardrobe and ENSUITE.
The downstairs living room has a FLAT SCREEN T.V.,D.V.D player, CD/RADIO and a huge daybed which when needed converts to a double bed.
The 3RD BATHROOM is a combined laundry/bathroom with a shower, MIELE washing machine and a separate toilet off this room.

RATES & PAYMENTS
MINIMUM STAY- 2 nights
NIGHTLY RATES vary according to day / season. We offer LONG TERM RENTAL in autumn, winter & spring ( minimum 1 month) starting from $600 per week. Please ask me for a quote.
PAYMENTS may be made by direct deposit or EFT.
50%DEPOSIT is required to secure your booking ( unless otherwise negotiated)
BALANCE PAYMENT is required NO later than 14 days prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS are only allowed if the property is re-let at the same rate, otherwise deposits paid are non-refundable.
CHECK IN 2pm CHECK OUT 10am
Depending on bookings we are flexible with check in and check out times at no extra costs to our guests.
