As soon as you enter this property you feel like you are on holidays. The large front yard is landscaped with native plants, succulents and yukkas which provide a privacy screen from the road. The open plan living area is furnished with a comfortable lounge and has a flat screen tv. The galley style kitchen has plenty of space and is well stocked. The bedrooms are cosy, main with a queen bed and the second bedroom with a twin bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top). The refurbished bathroom has a shower, vanity and w.c. The living area opens to the balcony that overlooks the private, fully fenced rear yard and has a bbq. There is an outdoor day bed and a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
There is a large park area with a tennis court at the end of the road and the beach is only minutes away. It is also a flat 10 minute walk to Middleton township cutting through the caravan park and a five minute walk to the Middleton Tavern. Two boogie boards and two tennis racquets are provided for tenant use. Come and listen to the rolling waves at Middleton and relax and rejuvinate at 5 Elizabeth Crescent, Middleton and don't forget to bring your pet with you!

The location of the property was terrific. 5 minute walk to the beach. Short walk to Middleton shops. Ease of access to main road connecting you to Goolwa/Victor Harbour. Very comfortable residence with well appointed kitchen/bathroom/living area and external amenities. March 2013
